Japanese rental packageThe Japanese rental package features an activated, ready-to-use phone with pre-assigned
mobile number, and includes the following:
Delivery OptionsWe offer overnight delivery to any major city in North America. We can deliver to your office,
home, hotel...
World Roam will deliver your rental phone and all its components to you for
a one-time fee. We use a priority, overnight carrier to rush your equipment to you.
We include a pre-addressed courier pouch for easy
return.
Loss and Theft insurance
Most credit cards do not cover you against loss or theft of rental equipment.
You have the option of choosing insurance to protect you against
lost or stolen equipment. The insurance protection
is $19 for a week. Taxes are additional.

BillingWe require a major credit card for reservation and billing, although corporate accounts
are available. Equipment rental and airtime fees are charged upon the phone's return, and
long distance charges (if applicable) are charged four to six weeks later. We will provide
you an itemized bill of long distance usage. Applicable taxes are extra.
